August 3, 2010 Board Meeting Agenda Item #32 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #0540 FOR GOLF CART MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES Description Bids for provide 'Golf Cart Maintenance and Repair Services' were received from two vendors on May 18, 2010. The bid of Custom Carts, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications based on a scenario of past usage. This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Custom Carts, Inc., to provide 'Golf Cart Maintenance and Repair Services' in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
